How much time do I need in Segovia?

The amount of time spent in Segovia depends on how in-depth you wish to explore. One full day is usually enough as it's quite a small city. With many attractions in the city center, exploring it on foot is convenient. On a day trip, you'll visit the Aqueduct, Alcázar, Cathedral, and explore the charming old town streets. You can enjoy outstanding cuisine and perhaps walk along the city walls. This will give you a good overview of the city's history and architecture.

Can you do Toledo and Segovia in one day?

While it is possible to visit both cities in one day, we wouldn't recommend it. Organizing this kind of trip in a single day is quite challenging and requires careful planning. Both cities are beautiful and worth visiting and deserve more than just a few hours to appreciate their attractions and atmosphere truly. Instead, book a Day Trip to Toledo from Madrid and Madrid to Segovia Day Trip separately. If you still need to explore Madrid to the fullest, we suggest you book Madrid City Pass before embarking on a day trip outside the city.

A wonderful day!

Perfectly planned trip, visiting Segovia was definitely best decision. The tour guide (sorry I can’t remember his name ) was informative and very friendly, and our driver was lovely too. We had some free time to wander around this amazing place which added even more value to this trip. The lunch option was also beautiful and very tasty with friendly service and gorgeous food.

Perfect day trip!

We really enjoyed our tour and learned so much about the historic cities of Avila & Segovia. Our guide was very informative and we enjoyed the towns immensely. We added the climb to the top of the wall in Avila & admission into the Castle in Segovia, which I'm pleased we did. A really nice day out and the bus was very comfortable, air-conditioned & relaxing.
